Chief Minister Siddaramaiah inaugurates MFAR Manyata Tech Park Phase IV in Bengaluru

MFAR Manyata Tech Park Phase-IV has been recently unveiled by MFAR Developers in Nagawara, Bengaluru. The inauguration was graced by Siddaramaiah, Chief Minister of Karnataka, and other key dignitaries such as UT Khader, Minister of Food and Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department; R Roshan Baig, Minister of Infrastructure, Urban Development and Haj; B Ramanatha Rai, Minister of Forest, Environment and Ecology; Promod Madhwaraj, Minister of Youth Services and Fisheries; NA Harris, MLA; Dr Arathi Krishna, Deputy Chairman, NRI Forum Karnataka; Nabil Al Nuaimi, President of ARAMCO-Asia; Ashith Kampani, JM Financials Founding Family; Neeraj Govil, Market Vice President of Marriott International Hotels; and Rajat Mathur, Head of India and APAC, Oxbow Group.

Manyata Tech Park Phase-IV is a mixed-use office development and commercial amenities space, spread across 1.4 million sq ft. It includes a retail wing with fine dining restaurants, caf茅s, banks, shopping amenities and a health and fitness centre. The Phase-IV building offers 1 million sq ft of business space that will cater to an estimated 10,000 professionals.

Commenting on the inauguration, Siddaramaiah, Chief Minister of Karnataka, said 鈥淚t gives me immense pleasure to inaugurate the MFAR Manyata Tech Park Phase-IV. I am indeed grateful to Dr PM Ali for choosing Bengaluru to build this state-of-the-art facility. Bengaluru is dynamic city and has the drive to adopt technology, attract population and strengthen world connectivity. The Government of Karnataka is committed to encouraging investments in various sectors that will generate opportunity for the youth in the state. I wish Dr PM Ali and the MFAR group all the success in their future endeavours.鈥�   

The 12-storey building has three levels of underground parking, adjacent to the campus. It is the first office building in India to be constructed using top down construction technology. The building鈥檚 fa莽ade consists of high-performance glazing and was constructed keeping energy-efficiency in mind. It was designed to ensure minimal water consumption and better indoor air quality. The buildings at MFAR Manyata Tech Park are aptly named 鈥楪reenheart鈥� signifying their green live plant walls, natural air flow design, natural light optimisation, use of green architecture, materials and elements, which come together to create a perfect harmony between man and nature.
Commenting on the inauguration, a spokesperson from MFAR said, 鈥淢FAR Manyata Tech Park Phase-IV is a result of our vision to bring world-class technology to India and create landmark spaces across the country.
