Modular Solutions

Ever since its foray into the Indian construction industry, Germany based Paschal has come up with new and innovative solutions to make construction easier and smoother.

Paschal Formwork (India) was founded in 1964 in Steinach, West Germany. An ISO 9001:2000 company, it currently serves construction companies in 60 countries.Overwhelming request from its Indian prospective customers persuaded the company to start operations in the country in April 2010.

Modular Panel System
Paschal modular formwork systems have strong and durable panels made using 6 mm thick, high-quality, non-corrosive, sturdy steel. The surface of these panels is covered by Finnish birch plywood (density 780 kg/cu m) with a phenolic resin coating, the edges of which are protected by a steel frame, and the gap between the frame and surface is filled with a special joint filling agent. Its efficient use can speed up the superstructure by three times.

Features and advantages
Paschal鈥檚 modular panel system incorporates German technology. Paschal I-dent (RFID) a unique feature for logistics  is durable and environment friendly and has just one connection technique. It has self alignment with precised dimensions, quick adaptability, can be easily erected and dismantled and has a smooth finish. In a building, the system can be used for footing, plinth beam, columns, walls, roof beam and lift shafts and wherever concrete pouring is done. It is also compatible with the traditional system. The modular panel system can be used in power projects and irrigation projects.

RFID technology
In 2003, Paschal-Werk GMaier GmbH designed the system Paschal-I dent. During manufacturing, Paschal integrates the transponder chips in formwork elements of modular universal formwork and LOGO. 3 formwork, each of which are provided with a globally unique id.

Paschal鈥檚 e-deck
Paschal鈥檚 e-deck is a new steel panel slab system comprising profiled steel at a height of 7.5 cm, and the facing comprises 9 layers of 12-mm thick birch plywood. The panels are light at 20 kg, and help in bettering workmanship and high productivity. The system can be handed manually.
