Brigade Group Launches Morgan Heights Project in Chennai

Brigade Group has announced the launch of Brigade Morgan Heights, a new residential project on Sholinganallur-Medavakkam Road in Chennai. Spanning 14.7 acre, the development has a gross development value (GDV) of approximately Rs 21 billion and a development potential of 2.2 million sq. ft. 

The project comprises 1,250 units across three towers, offering 2, 3, and 4 BHK apartments with sizes extending up to 2,599 sq ft. Located just 150 metres from the upcoming Classical Tamil Institute Metro Station, it offers excellent connectivity to IT hubs such as Elcot IT Park, Wipro, and Cognizant, all within a 10-minute radius. The project will be developed under a Joint Development Agreement (JDA).
