Entertainment city promoters consider selling Noida land

Entertainment City's promoters are in talks to sell the entire 147-acre development for about $20 billion. Entertainment City is the company behind Noida's The Great India Place, Gardens Galleria Mall, Worlds of Wonder amusement park, and Kidzania. The Appughar and Unitech organisations are promoting Entertainment City, and there is undeveloped land that the next owners can develop. The area, which has a development potential of about 1.7 million square feet, can be transformed from its current usage to that of a residential or commercial building by the future owner. It is a prominent position in the NCR, and some foreign investors have already expressed interest.
