Godrej Sells Rs 20 Billion 亚博体育官网首页s at Barca in North Bengaluru

Godrej Properties has generated bookings worth Rs 20 billion during the first-phase launch of Barca @ Godrej MSR City in Devanahalli, North Bengaluru. The scheme went on sale in April 2025 and moved more than four hundred Mediterranean-style homes within weeks.

Set on a 5.6-million-square-foot plot, MSR City still holds substantial unsold inventory that the developer plans to release in later phases. The project features lavish green belts, sunlit terraces and a 150,000-square-foot clubhouse.

Devanahalli鈥檚 appeal stems from its proximity to Kempegowda International Airport, planned metro stations, National Highway 44 and the six-lane Bellary Road. Ongoing infrastructure and the growth of nearby IT and aerospace hubs have made the corridor one of Bengaluru鈥檚 most sought-after residential zones.

Managing Director and Chief Executive Gaurav Pandey said the strong response 鈥渞eaffirms our commitment to high-quality developments that match modern buyers鈥 aspirations鈥, adding that Godrej will 鈥渆nsure MSR City delivers an outstanding living experience鈥.
