DLF Ltd, India鈥檚 largest real estate developer, is set to make its debut in Mumbai鈥檚 residential market with a luxury housing project valued at around Rs 25 billion. The project is expected to launch within the next two weeks.

The first phase will include over 400 premium homes, marking DLF鈥檚 formal entry into the city鈥檚 competitive housing segment.

According to sources, DLF has received all necessary regulatory approvals for the development, which is being undertaken in collaboration with Delhi-based Trident Realty.

This strategic move strengthens DLF鈥檚 footprint beyond the National Capital Region and signals its intent to tap into high-value markets across India.
