Table Space expands Mumbai presence by 50%, launches ‘Suites�

Table Space has expanded its Mumbai presence by nearly 50 pe rcent, increasing its managed workspace portfolio from 4.7 lakh sq. ft. to around 7 lakh sq. ft. in FY 2025. The company has strengthened its presence in key business hubs, including Worli, Goregaon, BKC, and Andheri.
The company has introduced Suites, a premium, ready-to-move-in managed office solution spanning 1.3 lakh sq. ft. across three Grade A buildings—Altimus (Worli), R Square (Andheri), and Commerz III (Goregaon). This offering enables corporates to expand swiftly in the financial capital.
Karan Chopra, Chairman & Co-CEO, highlighted Mumbai’s role as a key growth market, stating that Table Space’s portfolio has grown by nearly 50 per cent over the past year. He added that Suites aims to meet the rising demand for high-end, ready-to-move-in workspaces as leasing momentum accelerates.
Vikita Seth, Executive Director - Mumbai, noted that the company’s managed workspace solutions cater to sectors like BFSI, IT/ITeS, GCCs, and manufacturing, offering seamless connectivity, strong infrastructure, and access to talent.
According to CBRE South Asia, Mumbai recorded 12.1 million sq. ft. of office leasing in 2024, with BFSI driving 45 per cent of total absorption, reinforcing Table Space’s growth in the managed workspace sector.
