Anant Raj Group develops affordable housing in Rajasthan

Anant Raj Group, working in line with the PM´s vision of Housing For All, has recently developed approximately 2,500 affordable homes in the RIICO Industrial Area of Neemrana in Rajasthan under the project ´Anant Raj Aashray.´ The possessions of the first phase of development were commenced in a record time of 18 months and many units have already been occupied. A standard 450 sq ft integrated unit design has been followed for all homes, with a launch price of less than Rs 9 lac per unit. The development includes provisions of play areas, community halls, daily need stores, and parking areas built. Sixty per cent of the project area is green.
