Cyient Appoints Kavita Kurup as Chief People Officer

Cyient Ltd, a global intelligent engineering solutions provider, has announced the appointment of Kavita Kurup as its new Chief People Officer. Based at the company鈥檚 Hyderabad headquarters, Kurup will lead Cyient鈥檚 global human resources operations, aligning talent strategy and organisational effectiveness with the company鈥檚 future-ready vision.

Kurup brings over 25 years of international leadership across people practices and business transformation. She joins Cyient from UST, where she shaped the global people charter across thirty countries. Her expertise spans technology, BFSI, FMCG, media, and not-for-profit sectors.

Welcoming her, Executive Director and CEO Sukamal Banerjee said Kurup鈥檚 track record in cultivating agile organisations and aligning people strategy with business outcomes positions her perfectly for the role.
