The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) has released the 31st monthly report on the Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for States and Union Territories (UTs) for February 2025. The report provides insights into the volume of grievances received, disposal rates, and major grievance categories across different states and UTs.
Key Highlights from the Report
Grievance Statistics:
A total of 52,464 grievances were received in February 2025.
50,088 grievances were redressed during the month.
As of 28th February 2025, the total pending grievances stand at 1,90,994 across all States/UTs.
State-Wise Performance:
Uttar Pradesh received the highest number of grievances (21,763 cases).
Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat led in grievance resolution, disposing of 21,511 and 2,916 grievances, respectively.
12 States/UTs received more than 1,000 grievances, while 13 States/UTs resolved more than 1,000 grievances in February 2025.
CPGRAMS and Common Service Centres (CSC) Integration:
47,599 new users registered on CPGRAMS in February, with Uttar Pradesh leading with 7,312 registrations.
5,580 grievances were registered via Common Service Centres (CSCs), with the highest numbers from Uttar Pradesh (1,697 cases) and Punjab (838 cases).
Sevottam Scheme Training Data:
A total of 756 training courses were conduct
