Datta Infra Appoints Kirti Manucha as HR Head

Datta Power Infra, a leading Indian infrastructure and renewable energy firm, has appointed Kirti Raj Manucha as its new Head of Human Resources, effective April 2025. The move reflects the company’s commitment to aligning its expanding operations with a forward-looking and resilient people strategy.

With nearly 30 years of experience across multiple industries, Manucha brings deep expertise in human capital transformation. In her new role, she will oversee key HR functions including workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, and the digital transformation of HR processes. Her focus will be on building agile teams, fostering a performance-oriented culture, and strengthening organisational readiness for scale.

Prior to joining Datta Infra, Manucha served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Brinks India and held senior HR positions at Greenko Group, FedEx, adidas, Religare Enterprises, and HCL. Her cross-sectoral career spans renewable energy, logistics, retail, e-commerce, and IT/ITES.

Recognised for driving large-scale cultural shifts and enhancing employer branding, Manucha has successfully managed complex HR operations for organisations employing over 6,000 staff, including significant numbers of contract workers.
