Piramal Capital & Housing Finance has committed a substantial investment of nearly ?3 billion towards the ambitious villa development project spearheaded by Cybercity Builders & Developers in Hyderabad.

Cybercity Developers, in a strategic move, acquired land from Phoenix Group, a notable real estate entity. Notably, one of Phoenix Group's subsidiaries had previously procured the land from Gulf Oil India, a prominent company under the Hinduja Group umbrella.

The investment from Piramal Capital not only underscores confidence in Cybercity's project but also reflects the growing attractiveness of Hyderabad's real estate market.
