Kozhikode civic body gives land for road projects

Following request from concerned authorities, the civic body of Kozhikode is taking steps to hand over land for to the Public Works Department for the improvement of roads.

Roads in the city would be upgraded under the Kozhikode City Road Improvement Project (KCRIP). For this purpose, the coordinator of KCRIP requested the Kozhikode corporation to hand over land.

Following this, the corporation completed the procedure to handover land for the development of Kovoor-Vellimadakunnu road. It is in the process of handing over the land for other road development projects soon.
