Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday laid the foundation stone of over a dozen projects worth around Rs 16,000 crore during his sixth visit to poll-bound Karnataka this year. He also inaugurated the 118 km-long Bengaluru-Mysuru Expressway, a new campus of IIT Dharwad, and the longest railway platform in the world at Shree Siddharoodha Swamiji Hubballi Station. Bengaluru-Mysuru expressway PM Modi inaugurated the 118-kilometer Bengaluru-Mysuru motorway in Karnataka on Sunday. The project, which involved 6-laning of the Bengaluru-Nidaghatta-Mysuru section of NH-275, was developed at a total cost of around Rs 8,480 crore.
