One of the major cities in the nation is Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. In Lucknow, two national highway projects worth more than $33 billion have been officially opened. The Madiyav-I.I.M. of Lucknow-Sitapur segment of National Highway 24 is part of the project that was officially opened.

The freshly built 4-lane elevated roadway at the bridge was finished six months before schedule. This will improve communication between Lucknow and Sitapur, avoid congested areas like Jankipuram Extension and Bhitauli Tiraha, and save more than 30 minutes of time and fuel. It would be made easier for pilgrims to travel to Chandrika Devi and Naimisharanya.
