UPMRCL floats e-tenders for Agra metro rail project

The Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (UPMRCL) floats open e-tenders on International Competitive Basis (ICB) from qualified applicants for Designing and Constructing the Tunnel from the start of the underground ramp (near Fatehabad Road Metro station) to the end of the ramp after RBS college Metro station comprising seven underground metro stations.

The names of the stations are Agra College, Agra Fort, Taj Mahal, S.N. Medical College, Raja ki Mandi, Jama Masjid and RBS college. The work also covers Architectural finish, E&M, TVS, ECS, on Corridor-1 of the Agra Mass Rapid Transit System(MRTS) Project.

The estimated cost of the project is Rs 22,000 crore. The approximate time to complete the project is 48 months. The deadline to submit the tenders is October 12.

CCL to Add 2 New Mines, Boosting Output by 12 MT

Coal India subsidiary Central Coalfields Ltd (CCL) is set to commission two new coal mines in the 2025鈥�26 financial year, aiming to enhance its annual production capacity by 10 to 12 million tonnes. India Cements Sells ICML Stake for Rs 980 Million

India Cements has announced the sale of its entire equity holding in Industrial Chemicals and Monomers Ltd (ICML) to Mirai Sensing Private Ltd for a consideration of Rs 980 million.
