First “industrial smart city� to come up in Kochi

Brixton Group, a leading Dubai-based business conglomerate has announced that India's first “industrial smart city� will be set up in Kalamassery near Kochi in Kerala. The project with a Rs 1,200 crore investment will be set up over nearly 30 acres of land.

The industrial smart city encompasses five major business vertical Brix Business Centre, Brix Smart Mall, Brix Smart Warehouse, Brix International Academy and Brix Convention Centre. The project, which is intended to be an “intelligent� industrial project, will be set up in an area of 20 lakh sq ft and spread across 30 acres is expected to blend modern industrial technology with the urban shopping experience, said Brixton International Group.

Brixton group claimed to transform Kerala's industrial sector by providing a “one-stop-shop� for everything related to business and construction requirements.
