Strategically located just 12 minutes from the Golden Temple, the township will include residential plots of 300, 500, and 1000 sq yards, along with commercial spaces, a school, a hotel, an exclusive clubhouse, and infrastructure amenities such as 24x7 security, wide internal roads, landscaped greens, and utility services.聽
鈥淣ew Amritsar represents a natural extension of our vision to create well-planned, modern urban communities. With this township, we are committed to building the same trust and delivering a self-sustained ecosystem,鈥 said Mr Mohit Goel, Managing Director, Omaxe.聽
Backed by infrastructure upgrades such as the 99鈥痥m Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway branch, the Amritsar Ring Road, a 4.5鈥痥m Elevated Corridor, and the Rs 3 billion expansion of Sri Guru Ram Das Ji International Airport, the township offers high growth potential for both residents and investors.聽
The project has received RERA registration and financial closure, with initial funding from internal accruals and institutional sanction. The development will be phased over four years, reinforcing Omaxe鈥檚 commitment to urban transformation in Punjab.聽
