Alchemist Technology's RBI Grade 81 is a unique and innovative product developed for the stabilisation of a wide spectrum of soils in an efficient, cost-effective manner. The product is environment friendly, inorganic, hydration activated, powder-based stabiliser that reacts with soil particles to create layers that are interconnected through a complex inter-particle framework. Clay, silt, sand and gravel based soils can all be stabilised with RBI Grade 81. After treating the soil with the product, the in-situ soil will act as an asphalt road, under any weather conditions, thereby eliminating totally the ever more costly maintenance. This wonder product saves long hours of hardship in travel and on endless repetitive repairs to existing structures. It permits the use of a single stabilisation product in a wide variety of applications serving diversified needs from haul roads and foundation layers in primary roads, to bicycle and wheelchair paths, parking lots and more.

Lodha Buys Rs 5.67 Billion Transit Units in Mankhurd

Mumbai-based listed real estate developer Lodha Developers Limited has acquired 945 permanent transit camp (PTC) units measuring 339,000 square feet from Arihant Construction Company for Rs 5.67 billion. The transaction, registered on 3 June 2025, is part of Lodha鈥檚 obligations under the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) scheme related to its ongoing township project in Vikhroli.The acquired units in Mankhurd will be handed over to the SRA to secure development rights for free-sale construction under the Vikhroli project.
