The company achieved sales of around 鈧9 billion in 2022/2023. In the Indian market, our enta and meta series are among our best-selling products and provide a comprehensive range of low to mid-rise solutions for various scenarios, including with machine room and machine room-less applications. Our zeta high-speed solutions are preferred for premium high-rise residential and commercial projects. Our enta villa range in India, specifically designed for multi-floor homes and villas enhance accessibility, convenience, comfort and safety, increasing the property value. There is significant potential for villas in India, particularly in prime locations with high-end amenities, driven by a growing number of affluent buyers. Further with solutions like AGILE and the Internet of Things (IoT) platform, MAX, there are no limits to urban mobility.
What advanced safety features does it have and how is safety standards compliance ensured?
Safety is a core value. All our vertical mobility solutions offer world-class safety features such as overload protection, door safety curtain, machine overheat protection, unintended movement detection, door lock bypass, rescue operation systems and other features that comply with local and international safety standards. Also our destination selection control (DSC) technology enhances efficiency by directing passengers to specific elevators, reducing wait times and minimising crowding. Our IoT systems monitor performance and also provide real-time maintenance data that effectively helps property owners and engineers address potential issues before they arise.
Do you provide remote monitoring and predictive maintenance and how do they help prevent unexpected breakdowns?
Our MAX Solution leverages cloud data to proactively predict maintenance issues so that components are replaced before the end of their lifecycle, and to schedule maintenance resulting in fewer service disruptions, safer operations and significant savings in labour costs. The IoT solution can increase elevator availability by up to 50 percent by reducing out-of-service situations through real-time diagnostics.
How are your systems upgraded to meet evolving airport needs?
Airport projects require dependable mobility systems and as airport traffic and passenger volumes increase in Indian cities, reliable elevators are more important than ever. Our solutions provide dependable, energy-saving mobility globally even as our global network of skilled professionals keep new or retrofitted systems operating at peak performance for years to come.
