Cybercity Builders and Developers have launched the construction of Marina Skies near Hi-Tech City MMTS. Spread across 22 acre with a built-up area of 5.89 mn sq ft, the first phase of the project - Rainbow Vistas with 445 flats was handed over to the customers in 2012. The second phase, Rainbow Vistas @ Rock Garden, spread over 22 acre with a 7 acre open space, vehicle free podium and 1 lakh sq ft of recreational facilities, is being completed in a phased manner, of which 850 flats have already been handed over.

TRAI Caps PM-WANI Tariffs to Boost Affordable Public Wi-Fi

The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has welcomed the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India’s (TRAI) Telecommunication Tariff (71st Amendment) Order, 2025 (PR 46/2025), issued on 16 June 2025.
