DLF rakes in Rs 72 bn Selling Privana South Luxury 亚博体育官网首页s Pre-launch

Real estate major DLF announced that it had successfully sold over 1000 luxury housing units from its latest project, Privana South in Gurugram, for Rs 72 billion within three days of the pre-launch phase. In a regulatory filing, DLF disclosed the "pre-formal launch sales of approximately Rs 72 billion for its latest luxury residential development, DLF Privana South in Gurugram."

The luxury residential project, spanning about 25 acres in Sectors 76 and 77, Gurugram, was entirely sold out within 72 hours during its pre-launch phase, according to the company's regulatory filing. DLF had previously launched The Arbour, a high-rise luxury housing project in 2023, after nearly a decade, achieving pre-formal launch sales exceeding Rs 80 billion, which sold out entirely before the official launch.

DLF Privana South, part of the larger development DLF Privana covering approximately 116 acres in Sectors 76 and 77, will consist of 1,113 luxury residences distributed across seven towers, offering 4 BHK apartments and penthouses. The project, providing views of the Aravalli Range and proximity to the upcoming Safari Park spread over 10,000 acres, marks DLF's entry into the region.

Aakash Ohri, Joint Managing Director and Chief Business Officer at DLF 亚博体育官网首页 Developers, commented on the development, stating that DLF Privana South's swift pre-launch sellout underscores the growing demand for DLF's high-rise luxury developments. He highlighted that each buyer was allocated only one unit to discourage bulk bookings, with approximately 25% of sales coming from Non-Resident Indians (NRIs). The booking amount was set at Rs 5 million, deviating from the industry standard of Rs 1 million.

Ohri emphasised that DLF Privana South is poised to set new standards in luxury living space and symbolises the company's entry into a region emerging as the new focal point of the city amid thriving businesses. Strategically located near the confluence of Southern Peripheral Road, NH-48, NPR (Dwarka Expressway), and CPR, the project offers swift accessibility to key city hubs and beyond, surrounded by well-developed infrastructure, including offices, schools, 5-star hotels, and golf courses.
