Air India Group to shift to Mega Gurugram centre

By next March, the Tata Group will reportedly house the Air India Group - AI, AI Express, and AirAsia India (which will soon be merged with AI Express) - in a massive Gurugram facility. It will begin to vacate the government-owned property. The consolidation of workspaces is part of the organisation's transformation agenda to improve collaboration, strengthen its culture, upgrade employees' work environment and facilities, and more easily deploy new technology. A number of Air India offices currently housed in government-owned premises across the country will be vacated beginning this month. The majority of employees will relocate to an interim office space in Gurugram, National Central Region (NCR), from Delhi's Airlines House, Safdarjung Complex, GSD Complex, and IGI Terminal One before eventually relocating to the newly built Vatika One-On-One development in early 2023. Aside from Air India, the Vatika One-on-One campus will also house Air India Express and Air Asia India.
