Southern Railway updates train services due to infra work

Southern Railway has announced changes to train services due to a power and line block aimed at eliminating a manned level crossing gate No. 75 between Aralvaimozhi and North Panakudi, and constructing a subway for bridge No. 303.
According to the announcement, Train No. 20691 Tambaram 鈥� Nagercoil Antyodaya Superfast Express, scheduled to depart Tambaram at 11 PM on October 22, will be short terminated at Valliyur. Similarly, Train No. 20692 Nagercoil 鈥� Tambaram Antyodaya Superfast Express on October 23 will commence its journey from Valliyur at 4:24 PM.
Train No. 22627 Trichy 鈥� Thiruvananthapuram Central Superfast Express, leaving Trichy at 7:20 AM on October 23, will be short terminated at Tirunelveli. In contrast, Train No. 22628 Thiruvananthapuram Central 鈥� Trichy Superfast Express will start from Tirunelveli at its scheduled time of 2:30 PM on the same day.
Train No. 16729 Madurai 鈥� Punalur Express, departing Madurai at 11:25 PM on October 24, will be short terminated at Tirunelveli, with Train No. 16730 Punalur - Madurai Express originating from Tirunelveli at 4 AM on October 25.
Additionally, Train No. 16325 Nilambur Road 鈥� Kottayam Express, scheduled to leave Nilambur Road at 3:10 PM on October 18, will be short terminated at Ettumanur. Meanwhile, Train No. 16326 Kottayam 鈥� Nilambur Road Express on October 20 will start from Ettumanur at 5:27 AM.
Finally, Train No. 22622 Kanyakumari 鈥� Rameswaram Superfast Express on October 24 will depart from Valliyur at 11:05 PM, with partial cancellations between Kanyakumari and Valliyur.
