Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma inaugurated the 1.13 km Hubert Rosario Road in Spein, Mookaswan, West Jaintia Hills. Constructed at a cost of 鈧�1.093 crore, the road enhances access to the Hubert Acupressure Centre, benefiting local healthcare services. Sangma highlighted the state's infrastructure progress, noting that over 鈧�4,000 crore has been sanctioned for road projects in the past seven years, a significant increase from 鈧�659 crore between 1991 and 2018. He also emphasized the government's commitment to healthcare, allocating over 鈧�1,000 crore annually, and plans to support traditional healing systems by integrating indigenous knowledge into formal healthcare.
